This App builder is great for info apps and local business apps, but for games I am not recommend to use app builder because you need more flexibility, so the best way is to hire developer, so you can have more flexibility

About investment app, I don't know what you mean, but for complex apps, I suggest you to hire developer

You say up to 100 apps, does that mean if I build 100 apps, I will have to pay $9 and have a new account to build additional apps or is there an upgrade to lift the limit?

I will never offer unlimited or lifetime, because I host the apps on high quality VPS server, so every Giga cost me, so if we want to have stable business, we must charge per year and limit the apps.
But the price is very low - its up to 100 apps cost you for first year $9 and every next year, cost $27.
(Its 0.25 cent for every app every month)
You can pay 2X$9 and have limit of 200 apps
You can pay 3X$9 and have limit of 300 apps

I have users that paid 5X$9 and can build up to 500 apps.

I can't reveal my clients apps, but you I have clients from all the world, I see people build apps on Chinese and Russian and Arabic.
Until now we build 4165 apps you can see the app genereated in 3-5 minutes.
