You can create PWA - you get url of the app and all phone users can login to the app without need to download the app from app store.

We create a lot of apps with this great new app builder, I think in next 15 days to make Google play account with list of apps for sample.

We build for clients, and also for ourself using Admob as ads and it work great, we also point from the app to sign up page and collect a lot of emails (350 emails)
You have unlimited options for earn money from App Builder, its like someone reveal for you the internet, you can build apps on every topic on the world and put ads and affiliate or collect emails etc..

Now I know who you are, your paypal mail is cutted thats why you didn't get my mail with full activated
