pretty sure this takes alot of work to do. I think most people would just disregard the messages as scams and not attempt the survey at all. But with enough tries, I'm sure someone will fall for the bait.

Spamming is easy but creating/managing accounts and as well buying/rotating URLs can be a hassle. You'll probably spend more time creating and managing your URLs than spamming itself IMO.

I spend about an hour a day on this and in that hour post in to about 100 groups. It's not a lot of work really and it's certainly not hard work
