For the review, I had @charto03 remove a listing for a random guy on one of those "my husband the cheater - stay away from him" submission websites. @charto03 sent me the URL of the listing, I verified that the listing existed, and he managed to take it down not long after. It was quick, clean, and done.

I may or may not have a unique situation: a competitor in my space has put up a totally fake review site that trashes my site and it shows up as the second result after mine. It's not a real review site, but is this something you guys have experience with?

Yes. There are a few different angles we could take to potentially re-solve this matter. While many reputation management removals we do are based on relationships we have forged with the webmasters over the last 8 years this would require different manuevering.
