We do what we do best - keywords research and building seo optimised site.
If you want to maximize the earning potential of the site it would be best if you continue maintaining the site - adding content, doing seo, etc.

No, no. I didn't mean it like that. I know I'm not paying a part of the income but what I mean if you do all the work and built the websites with SEO, why don't you keep the websites for yourself and earn from them? It seems more profitable than selling them.

Don't get me wrong, if it works, I will definitely be purchasing from you, it's just sounds fishy to me.
