Can't set Facebook ad Goals

Please guys I can't find "Goals" when I try to set up an ad.
I'm try to show the ad only to "people that are likely to click on the link"
The images below, the one with goals is the account I used previously.
While the other one is the one I'm trying to setup.
Please your help is highly welcome.

Create your add using PowerEditor in your add account.
Then you can choose your goals, clicks, add to cart, conversion etc!!

Yes it is!! Just look for it or google it + there are many videos on youtube!! Just learn a bit more then you start launching your campaign. Good luck^^

I wouldn't do it if i were you!! Just try to change it if you can.. it's copyright (against their rules)
