Hi to all...Im not someone who likes to be involved in forums or so...but this situation is alarming, and I can see that there is no panic on internet at all....believe ti or not, I found this chat with some news of fcp hard...I really dont know why people are so calmed down who have money frozen(lost)?Either you are so naive or you dont have much there frozen...I have a LOT! and Im taking pills for days now because I lost it all...Im sorry for my pessimism but let me explain what is there on internet at plain site that isn't even hiding anything:
- FCP is a platform as many of you said, middleman, without any assets, that is why their tos states that they can only take back fees.
- The reason why cards still works is that they are mastercards, brand for there own, and those 10k are deposited to them prior choicebanks bankruptcy.
- Choice bank is a holder of that virtual frozen money and they are not "frozen" or held by authorities...they are simply declared bankruptcy! That means they dont have enough money, neither they will have because if they couldnt manage it with cash flows, they for sure cant afterwards when everybody want to withdraw...So there is nothing there to resolve, they just want to go quitter as they can. Even they are not hiding it. They are saying that they are permanently closing down, layed off employs and permanently closing down cards ! So its obvious that they know that its over! There is nothing we can do with bank going under bankruptcy everyday in the world, and this one is in Belize plus, off shore bank! HA!
Do you know any bank in history that returned from bankruptcy and returned money?! I do not!
- You can take a look at choice bank site that they stated their tos saying in cases like this they have no responsibility for losing your funds! They put that on homepage now!
- Its not coincidence that cosmo have that opening date...its logical that fcp as platform will continue to do business, but of course they need a new brand since nobody would do business to fcp again. I see over the net now, that there were rumors at a beginning of the month that they will close soon...They had money flow problems for few days and soon they corrected that - that was a signal to start pulling out! So someone here wrote that source from inside told him that everything will be ok...haha....if that source wanted to really help him,or was informed, he would told him to withdraw asap last week...
- I expect that soon both sites, fcp and choice bank will be closed too, leaving us without any evidence that we even had something frozen! So make screenshots of your statements asap, maybe it will help someday
The greatest irony for me is that i was around when epassporte faild and people lost a lot of their money...but since I had something small on card, and managed to withdraw, I didnt learn a lesson! And then a lot more of people lost their money from a fraud....and nothing happened!
So...sorry for my english and longer post...and now I am suggesting that we make some special group on tweeter for example for us who has money frozen...there are almost no raised dust about this on internet...we will lose everything without anybody notice...
Maybe we will have some small chance if we stick together from now on ,keep us informed and to try for joined lawsuit....

We don't know the reason why all activities of Choice Bank are frozen. It could be bankruptcy but it could be also another reason. This is an article I found on a news website of Belize.

I think its quite simple unfortunately..even they are not declaring bankruptcy yet, if they stop working because of cash flow, I can not see the way how can they gain additional cash now...plus, if this is a temporarily, why they are shutting down permanently with business and say you will never be able to load a card again and the card will be closed for good soon?

I'm not an expert in any finance field, but I believe that as soon as the money is transfered to the prepaid card, it's not liquidity anymore. Probably they ended up in a crisis because the actual money is stored on all the cards. They must have received pressure because in terms of tax evasion, that's uncontrollable money, money that sleeps bu do not work for them (which is what bank looks for) - so it's probably a non-profitable business that is risky, that's why they closed FCP.
But that's just my opinion
I agree FirstChoicePay is a risky, not so profitable business for Choice Bank and they don't want to put the whole bank in danger. I mean all the accounts and activities of Choice Bank are frozen because of FirstChoicePay. So they dumped FirstChoicePay asap so they can do business again. When the accounts are finally unfrozen, they can find a solution to send the remaining funds to the FirstChoicePay members. It will take some time. That's normal.
where did you get that info? As far as I know and official bank said that they are closing down because of not having enough money...Did you know any bank in the world in history that returned from bankropsy and returned customers money?! I don't....
Just my opinion. I'm still not sure it has to do something with bankruptcy. During the previous years they made a lot of money. Of course I know that situation could change quickly. But I think the source of money that comes into the bank by First Choice Pay was the problem.
When I read an official statement of Choice Bank and I see which action (closing FirstChoicePay) they took on the first day, I conclude it has to do something with First Choice Pay.

I am not really sure, as this is a little confusing. I am reading here that some people are claming their account is frozen but I can withdraw money normally. However, I cannot send, recive or do any other stuff.
Try withdawing your money from local ATMs. For now, it's working normally and I am trying to withdraw all my earnings as quickly as possible everyday just in case IT really does close down. I suggest you all do the same if you have money on there.

Yo...just wanna let you know that just by chatting with the Chaturbate support, I managed to request for my payout to be Wire Transfer. I don't care even if the fee is $45...I'm tired of these payment processors that don't last. They required me to submit a picture of myself holding some paper with my username and my ID. What's even cooler is that they unfroze my Chaturbate account haha (oops...yep,my account there got deleted before and yet still getting my earnings). Now I'm planning to try their whitelabel.
I have no problems with my money remaining in my Firstchoice Pay...I can still be able to withdraw. I'm planning to withdraw all of it (I have like $6k remaining) and then invest for a long-term mutual fund.

Yes you'll be able to withdraw money that is already on your card, ATM Online purchase ect.But no more money from your account at FCP will be put onto your card!

And that's the fucking problem. Still sitting here waiting that i get my remaining k's out of this. Anyone ever experienced something like this, and how did it turn out?
As far as i know yes, with epassprte back 2010.turned out that that was a froud and even that and even a lot more of people were affected....all of them lost their money...this time it should be even easier...there are almost no news or fass about this...they probably delete our accounts soon and destroy other evidence...but even they do not do that, their tos and laws protect them...banks go down all the time, people loosing their money...bla bla...
I find it very strange that almost noone panic for loosing their money....:/

I don't think just an email will do all the works. You simply just need to add another method of payment, that's it. I'm pretty sure Chaturbate accept more than one payment method.

Anyone else signed up for Paxum? They seem to be extremely busy. My Account is still unverified and I've signed up 2 weeks ago. I don't know how to receive my Payments. I hope it gets verified soon.

I signed up for paxum, but it's taking too long and I am not sure if I should just continue to send the money there or so, as I already put about a thousand there. Do you guys know if I can let the money on hold on chaturbate? I am afraid to just put money on Paxum again and maybe not get accepted, get some trouble or such. They are taking too long to verify users and I need a paxum card, which is going to take another month to receive or so.
