Actually I'm also searching for Bing Indexer , I ask someone if he can do a bot like that, for sure I will tell you his answer
For the moment the only things you can do is send some T2, social media links got indexed pretty quickly since they're authority websites.

Yep, using bings own tools, but seems a bit hit and miss...and slow :-(

If it's some Blast make some T2, if it's just some links, yeah share it on twitter manually, I've seen them indexed reeaaaally quickly especially with Youtube!

You should post links on the big three social networks - Twitter, Facebook and Google. Those are constantly crawled by search engines.
