There will be max 10 links per site, all links are sticky on homepage - it gives high authority and great link juice.
Price per link is only $5 per month, so you could start with reasonable budget and still gain the benefit from homepage links
(one-time fee for such PBN would be $xxx per link)

Just to check , do we get 10 new homepage links a month (i.e.g month 1 I have 10 links, month 2 I will have 20 and so forth?), or are we renting 10 and paying a monthly fee?

You rent 10 links for $50 per month. The links are live as long as your subscription is active. You may cancel anytime. The point is that these links will always be on homepage, max 10 outgoing links per PBN site, so it will give much more authority and link juice than usual PBN links. If such backlinks were sold for a one-time-fee, it would cost $xxx per link. Therefore, $5 per link per month will give better opportunities to start with link building, lower budget, but still get the benefit of powerful homepage backlinks.

We use this PBN also for our own projects and sell only limited space as a service. Each PBN site gets up to 10 outgoing links and all backlinks will be sticky on homepage. We used to use similar services but there was a lack of quality at some point so we started creating our own.

I haven't done much active selling here on BHW as we mainly use the PBNs for our own projects and for a small group of people who knows our stuff. I know there are lots of services and offers on BHW marketplace, but if any of you want to hop on the PBN but still hesitating, let me know whatever questions you have regarding the PBNs, either here or PM and I will be glad to answer all your questions.
