I just noticed I received the payment of this month in the last days and it was declined by First Choice Pay (since they are not accepting it) .. will I now lose the money or will chaturbate send it back? Because I got another payment today and I DID not yet updated my payment since I don't have paxum.

I also applied for paxum, does Personal Account Holders can apply for a prepaid card? Because I registered today but I don't see the option.

Fortunately I've always withdrew all my Payments right after I got them. Have only $68 in my FCP Account. Did anyone apply for Paxum yet? I did and the Status of my uploaded Documents stays at "submitted". So my Paxum Account is still unverified. I guess they are quite busy now, as all FCP Customers are running to Paxum now.

You need to receive a payment first, then it becomes available, the card has a yearly fee of $50 or something like that.
It can be that you guys need to wire the rest of the balance to your bank accounts, because the issue is exactly that the cards cannot be loaded anymore (the same reason companies can't pay you anymore). But i guess their support will be able to help more than me.

I already created an account waiting for verification then I will see if I can apply for debit card.

Okay so i was calling them today. They said that the payment processor is not issuing the funds anymore and that there is no way that we can get the money on the cards. The money is now in hands of the FirstChoice Banks and they are still trying to figure out how we can get the money. The guy on the phone told me that they can't wire it but they are saying that they are in the "phase" of figuring out a solution that is fine for everyone. We will have to be patient. I also asked them if we get any notifications if something comes up and he said yes. We will be informed via eMail.
Man that sucks..

All the bank accounts of FirstChoice Bank are frozen. The money is stuck. That situation has to be handled first and we need patience. Buy why couldn't they send the money to a prepaid mastercard afterwards? It's a bank with 300 000 mastercard clients.
