Jarvee - Facebook BUSINESS page

Hello people,

I am having an issue I can't figure out in Jarvee. When I link my Facebook account, it is showing my Personal page and statistics about it. My personal is totally undeveloped and I don't care about it. I want to set up tons of automation for my business however and track followers but there is no way I can make that appear anywhere in my Jarvee.

Can you tell me what I need to set in order to manage my FB business page? I wrote to support but has been completely useless.

Hello, use another account for your business, and just add this account as an editor or admin for the page, not business manager.

BTW, I need to register a new personal account right? Because I need to add "name or email" and if I try to add an email that is not in their database I cannot even click on "ADD" but then won't it just do the same thing (show another personal profile for followers?)

I see your page. Jarvee will show the main FB account. In Destination Lists, you can specify what page you want to act as. You've already imported it correctly the first time lol.

I currently only use it for Instagram and was also struggling to figure out how the heck to act as a FB biz page. I mainly want to like comments in targeted FB groups and destination lists seems like an overly complex way to get that done.

Is the only way to act as a FB business page with Jarvee is setting it up through the Destination Lists?

Were you ever able to get this sorted out? Either via Atrain009's suggestion of Destination Lists or some other workaround? I'm struggling with the exact same issue. Tried playing around with Destination Lists yesterday and it was still acting as the linked personal account.

Add account to destination list. In the pages/board column in the destination page you will see how many pages that FB account is connected to. Click on that and choose which pages / events etc to post to.

After creating destination, create a campaign to post to that destination. Jarvee has a lot of helpful tutorials and tons of videos out there.

We're talking about different things, I want like comments in groups I follow as my business page, not post things.

Been going back and forth with Jarvee support and it seems this is not possible.

I am having the exact same problem! I’m trying to promote a clients page by posting in groups but it posts through my personal account which is useless!

What you're trying to do is definitely possible. fd55 is correct that it has to be done via a campaign after setting up destination list. Contact Jarvee support, I've always found them to be really helpful.

I had the same issue, I open a thread yesterday, no one response. Meanwhile, Jarvee went for full scale war with my personal friends.... They were getting multiple invites for my client's business pages. Finally figured out. It's under destination list You have to select appropriate page. However, that page tab under FB tools section is totally useless and confusing.

Hey all, I have the opposite issue. I am posting to one group and it is posting as my business page. I want to post as me. I have used destination to post as me before and copied the campaign so I do not get what changed. I believe its a setting in destinations but do not see it.

Update: "Since you linked your page and group, Jarvee will publish posts on that group as your page. Please visit the group through embedded browser for that account and see if you can you manually post with your profile. The simplest solution would be to unlink page from the group. This way will Jarvee post as your profile for sure."

For everyone that wants to post on their own group as a page you just need to link them in facebook.
