Is there a chance a company owner to sue me if i promote myCPA offers on his company name? For example i want to promote on facebook that "COMPANY_NAME" is giving away some products because of the "bla bla bla... you got it". I wonder is this legal or can it get me to any trouble?

If you don't stop they will. But they delete your page so they wont. Simple as that.

Is it true that his company is giving away what you claim they are? If so then it's alright. If it's a false claim then they can sue you.

Why are so many people afraid of getting sued lol.

Hide your tracks and don't put any real info anywhere and ljkely most they will do is send you a C&D. Most companies won't ever hear of your little scam anyway.

Am not gonna create a page, i will promote in local groups in my country from a fake acc

...So? It's cease and desist, and they can send one to your host if they can't reach you just asking you to stop what you're doing. You can even blocl robots and keep your site from getting anywhere on Google if you're just gonna spam groups.

That's as far as these things go most of the time. Again, chances are they will never ever ever even hear of you so don't be a paranoid little bitch

They don't need to send you a C&D, that'd be a courtesy. Their lawyers can simply sue you straight up and demand something like 100X your profits. Say you made $1000 from the campaign, they can sue you for $100K.

C&Ds.

I've had a bunch and will probably get a bunch more as things move forward.

Tracker Boats (hence my username here), Lands End, Fedex, UPS (twice) Google (that is the only one that worried me) most recently Uber and a bunch of others over time.

You make bank, get called out, close things up and move forward onto the next one.

Never got sued but always got their lawyers' letters and would play along like I had no idea I was doing something wrong until I could no longer play along.

Well after all i dont need to be pussy
Thank you guys :)

To anyone whos reading this be smart about this actions! GL & HF :)

Good chance you'll lose your adsense/CPA accounts/whatever monetization methods... odds are that you'll lose some of your revenue at the tail end of things (I've lost tens of thousands as they hold your last "paycheck") but play the game right and you'll have months of strong income and those issues will be just collateral damage.

Hmm i understand about AdSense but why should my CPA account be closed? Isn't everyone doing BlackHat Method these days with CPA? 'Game hacks', 'giveaways' etc...

CPA companies have to comply with those who advertise through them.

Without being too detailed, Uber caught me doing something they did not appreciate pretty recently and I was using a particular CPA offer on a particular CPA network.

I killed it for 6 or 7 months or so but ended up losing the account and the last week's pay which was close to 2K.

Check the ToS for the CPA network.
Yea..

Well thank you for informing me, so i should not use my main CPA company for this project.
BTW here in my country will not last long this, i have targeted groups with 300k users all together and its spreading fast through people so... i think it wont last longer than 4 - 5 days

I bet you have some pretty good stories. Haha. Thanks for the honesty and your real world experience. It's been very helpful.

4 - 5 days?

Main CPA company?

You're doing a few things wrong here.

You need multiple accounts with your CPA companies under different entities (I prefer LLCs) for starters and need to spread things out if possible.

You need to build campaigns that go 4 - 5 months (NOT DAYS) to make bank in IM.

Take a step back and see what adjustments you can make to create a strong revenue stream for a legit period of time for yourself.

4 - 5 days? - Yes my city is very small and probably it would go viral
You need multiple accounts with your CPA - I ask that the company but they do not allow multiple accounts because of fraud. But its okay i have accounts on many CPA networks so i can try those which i have never used.
You need to build campaigns that go 4 - 5 months - As i said my city is small and its spreading very quickly something that is not working or it goes viral... My target is around 3k - 5k conversions so i would be satisfied.

EDIT: CPI in my region is around 0.16 - 0.30 so it would bring me good amouth of money in that period of time ($500 - $1000)
