As long as there is no CP, DDoS, phishing or other sort of fraud on that service, we're fine with that.

Honestly, you ignore DMCA. But there is a problem. Your datacenter is on UK. UK is DMCA friendly, based on their laws you can't ignore DMCA. No matter if you have control about your network or not. This is a serious problem of privacy to the users and clients who thinks you really protect them from DMCA abuses.

What happens when UK Intellectual Property Office, City of London's Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit / PIPCU anti-piracy send a court order to takedown all servers? What happens when your servers got a raid from Police? You can say goodbye to it.

I know this company a lot of time, they have a several names until this day. SEVERAL. If you want to make it dmca ignored stop advertising or saying that you ignore 100% DMCA, because that isn't true. Your company can be raided if your grow and if they see you ignore all complaints, they will move to track you down.

Seriously, Hosting on UK that ignore DMCA, is a pure illusion. Yes you can ignore it, but when Anti-Piracy groups beginning a fight with sharkservers. I can guaraante they will be takedown.
If you want and really care about customers, get a decent location. What kinda hosting offshore are you? Offer locations UK/US it's a bunch to get catched.

And yes I know, you can have a happy customers with Zero complaints about your service, but do you really think UK is offshore zone for DMCA? Please, we are in 2018 and that is not true. If you search on Torrentfreak you can find a lot of providers, sellers that have been arrested for piracy, dmca content activity.

This scares me, in terms of privacy and for the service we get from you.

well i was reading about your services and now i read this what this person wrote and damn now im scared even though i dont live in the UK...i would like to hear the response on this from the OP,is that true?
