Hi guys i m planing to start Dropshipping from aliexpress, is this against ebay tos ?

so must sellers they own the product, or they sent it to warehouses in usa right

You can, but be mindful of the long shipping times. The benefit, I think, of being in the US selling on eBay is that you can ship in 3-5 days. That can justify your prices being above the Chinese eBay accounts. If you're also shipping from China, you can only compete on price. A race to the bottom is not the business you want to be in.

Ship from Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.

What makes you say that eBay doesn't like dropshipping? There are eBay pages describing exactly what dropshipping is and how eBay can serve as a good platform for it...

You can sell items that are going to be dropshipped on EBay. There might be a few (if any) people who receive the product and ask for a refund due to low quality or they need money because they ran out.
