To do your game I'm going to respond.
1st. You are a very problematic customer and i do not recommend anyone to have you as a customer.
2nd. We are one of the few providers here that we really sell dedicated proxies and we do not lie our customer about it. This being told we know what services we are offering and what proxies we had provided.
3rd. The proxies provided comes from brand new prefixes 3 weeks old, never been used before, from my point of view there are clearly problems either with your software, either with your internet security (maybe you have already connected to that account from your computer from Caribbean) something was done wrong that's why your account was flagged.
4th. to be honest it was very simple for us to replace your proxies without problems, but we proffered to refund as i have already explained you you are a problematic customer, 4 replies to a ticket on an interval of 4-5 minutes to each other and i didn't understand anything from there, after i have replaced your proxy you have told us that you want your old proxy back, of course i have issued a refund.

I Bought 3 Instagram proxies at $5.50 per proxy for testing purposes to manage some accounts and added a balance to my account to renew two proxies at the end of the month, before buying more for my automation tool. I'm from Miami but recently moved to the Caribbean so I entered my Miami address as I frequently do for online purchases, upon trying to make the purchase my transaction got labeled as fraudulent ( a first for the card which has made well over at least 100 digital services transactions without any problems ). They asked for a copy of my passport and credit card which was just cumbersome, not something you expect to receive when you're purchasing a $5 product, unnecessary and took at least a day to verify and about 2 days to finally receive the proxy. Besides that, the credit card checkout process is slow and outdated.

So I provided the information and got the proxies. One wasn't working so I had it replaced which took a day/ 2 in terms of making the request and actually getting the replacement. Another was working well for following, but not allowing the account to like as it resulted in constant feedback errors (though it was liking fine both without the proxy and when tested on another suppliers proxy, running within Instagram limits, and I only used one proxy per account ) so that had to be replaced. In the thicket I created to replace the first proxy that I titled proxy replacement, I made an updated request to replace the other proxy which wasn't working properly and provided the specific order number of the proxy I wanted to be replaced. They replaced the wrong proxy and deactivated the wrong proxy, upon updating them about it (not even asking for a new proxy replacement but instead asking them to reactivate the working proxy and replace the correct proxy/ order number (the one with the problem) with the one they recently provided) they responded saying that there is a "linguistics barrier" which I don't believe is true as I speak English and the customer support rep also spoke English. But basically, they decided they didn't want my money and refunded everything for a problem related to their service, resulting in a huge waste of time imo.


They also made me do some tests on my side before getting the second proxy replacement which took another day to get a response after updating them to let them know that the problem still existed after doing their tests. Proxies that I've tested from other suppliers were working just fine so the problem wasn't on my side and the proxy change did indeed fix the problem that was occurring so it was a problem on their side so again basically a waste of 2/3 days just to change a proxy.

Only 1/3 of the proxies actually worked like they were supposed to upon initially ordering, and 2/3 after the replacements (which took an avg. of 2 days) so keep this in mind before purchasing this service.

There are clients with 1 Instagram proxy that excpect to get 1000 tasks of likes and follows in 30 minutes, of course their accounts get banned, Instagram is creating patterns me as an network admin this is what i would do to stop this.

I actually KNOW how it works exactly. My last provider's proxies had real problem. I didn't even start following anyone, these proxies didn't let me to follow even 1 person.

These are some of the best proxies I have found.

I've had some issues with your proxies however.

The main thing is that after signing up you cannot get new proxies for two months. This is an issue as it seems Instagram is starting to flag proxies.

Also support seems to be pretty slow. After sending a request it seems I don't get an answer for a day or two.

I respectfully and rightfully provided you with a specific order no. that contained a proxy which didn't function properly, you replaced the incorrect proxy though the order no. of the proxy with the problem was provided and this is why you banned me with no explanation provided.

Its clearly that you have nothing else to do. You are very upset cause I've banned you from our ips network and i understand you very well. I wish you again good luck in finding a proxy provider that will sell you virgin dedicated Instagram proxies that will work.
