The account is completely functial along with the complete mozilla backup file which includes cookies and much more to ensure seemsless login
Ive dedicated a fresh rdp to this so there can be no issues at all with the ip
OP has excellent customer service and answers any and all questions needed promptly and is available on several communication channels
The account was provided with a very detailed file which includes all information you may need to get on the phone with pp should there be any issues and or simple verifications

Scans are obviously not provided but the OP offers this as addons should this eventually be necessary. Nothing but fair since these cost time and money to make or obtain as well as all the underlying data which has already been provided with the account such as a valid US tax id in my case

Note because of the tax id this account may very well easily pass the $20000 mark in received payments without any issues should you follow the op's advice and common sense when handling a paypal account.
