Would you rather work on a Gig by Gig basis, or on a contractual basis?

Hey there everyone. So, straight to the point I have some stupid ass questions regarding doing Social Media Management and related work. If you can help spme answers, awesoms. Here they go:

1. When you have businesses interested in working with you, how would you go about landing contracts with them instead of a pay by gig kind of thing? I mean, do you actually type up a contract yourself or do they give you one to sign or ?

2. What necessary legal obligations would i have to run a social media management business? Do I need an LLC or something to operate or would I be in the clear to work without the LLC's for a few weeks to tell if it's worth a continued investment with.

3. Lastly, would you outsource for any of the related work or just handle it yourself? Personal opinions.

Well, any answers would be greatly appreciated. I understand that again these may be stupid questions, but hopefully the BHW can help with some answers.

Yes, in this business, we generally type up a contract and send it to the client via email to get that signed.
It depends on the country whether or not you need an LLC to operate a business.
And for your last question, I would outsource the work and put my focus on getting more clients and thus growing the business.

Thanks for the speedy reply! Would you possibly have a copy pf one i could see for example? If not it's cool, I'll have to google around. Yeah, I'm leaning towards the outsourcing as well.

It's not possible to send a copy but you can definitely Google search for a format copy.
