Followliker + new Instagram algorithm = Blocked Following 400 Error :(

I had no issues with the tasks at all, but by action/day are on the very low side (3 accounts, 600-700 total actions each (likes, UF,F) )

Running followliker and I've had no issue whatsoever, doing follow/unfollow and running it 24 hrs. 800 follows in 22 hrs and 800 unfollow in 2 hrs.

You do this settings with 1 proxy and 1 profile or more? Did you have any issues in the past?

OP here. Just waned to follow up on this. I stopped botting for about 72 hours, and then did the following:

1. Installed FL on yet another machine
2. Moved Followliker from my office machine to a home machine
3. Updated the firmware on my home router and spoofed the MAC address on the router to get a new IP address from Comcast at home.
4. Luckily, there was a FL update in the time I was down so I updated FollowLiker
5. I dramatically reduced all automated task numbers, dramatically increased the time in-between tasks, and lowered all daily numbers.

It worked!

So far so good, and I have my numbers so slow that I'm only getting like +20 followers for the last two days, but I'l take it. I will slowly up the numbers after a week or so, but FL is not dead on my account and is back up and running.

NOTES: I had previously been using FL with no issues at all, and no bans/blocks. From my statistics logs, my previous totals per day were roughly:

PREVIOUS DAILY TOTALS
(Average per day - 7:30am ~ 1:30am):
Follows: ~300
Unfollows ~300
Likes: ~900
Comments: ~20 (Only run every other day)
GAINS: About +75 Followers a day

CURRENT SLOW DAILY TOTALS
(Average per day - 7:30am ~ 11:30pm):
Follows: ~100
Unfollows ~100
Likes: ~150
Comments: ~20 (Only run every other day)
GAINS: About +20 Followers a day

As noted new settings have much more increased time in-between tasks, cuts off at 11:30pm, and 6-11 min interval in the general settings in-between tasks.

Keeping it very slow to start, but so far no blocks and I'm back on track with FL. Whew.

I meant 600 total actions per account, so appx 200 F, 200 U, 200 L per account. Last week or so has been horrible for me. I used to get about 20 followers per day with the settings mentioned before, now I am actually losing followers . Also, even though they are on the low side, FL now does not fulfill the daily tasks as well, and is lagging to an unbearable extend. However I never got an error on my Activity Log report.

I used to do the FLC, now switched to more basic follow/like model based on tags in case there's some issue with the new API. What Follow strategy are you using?

Uh oh. So that means with any bot (like Followliker):

July 31st, 2018: unable to follow and unfollow, unable and post comments on other user's photos/videos
December 11, 2018: unable to like/unlike

So I guess the end is near....or is there some other way bots like Followliker can automate tasks?

Gotcha. Thank you for the clarification on the number of tasks.

My follow strategy is to follow hashtags only. I have about 20 different hashtags that I target that are applicable to my account.

Why don't you change your ip to residential ip.

If the guy uses soft on his PC I think he is using residential IP already. And if you offer to use residential IPs from the market - they are usually rotated so on each rotation you will get account locked with PVA lock I guess - the countries and locations will be changing every 10 minutes and it wont lead anywhere..

OP here again, and a bit of an odd followup. I've had the bot running conservatively for the last few days and the good news is that there have been no blocks at all with the conservative settings.

However, the first two days, I had gains of ~20 followers a day with these conservative settings.

I have turned off the unfollow completely now just as a test for the last two days and my "gains" are actually:

Tuesday: "Gains": -1 Followers
Wednesday: "Gains": -9 Followers

It's still following about ~100 people a day, and yet I'm losing followers. Weird.
I've set it to only Follow/Like/Comment (no unfollow) and gains are actually negative.

It's possible that I have a vast number of "ghost followers" on my account, and they are simply getting purged via IG purging accounts or something and this has no relation to FollowLiker, but overall it's a bit strange since I've never seen anything like this after running FollowLiker for over a year. Weird.

I've had my IG account for over 3 years, been using Followliker for about a year, and never had a problem of being banned or anything. Never ran Followliker 24/7, never used auto-comments and only had semi-conservative settings for follow/unfollow. I used it only for follow/unfollow/like.

Well, it looks like Instagram is using a new algorithm, and can detect Followliker, resulting it me no longer being able to follow anyone anymore from Followliker. (I can still auto-like and unfollow)

I ran through these basic steps after receiving the following 400 error code from Followliker:

"Last response code: 400 -> feedback_required Action Blocked This action was blocked. Please try again later. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake. was received from instagram [myusernamehere]"

UPDATED FOLLOWLIKER:
I always routinely updated FL, but I made sure I was updated to the latest Followliker version.

WAITED TWO DAYS
I waited two days and completely didn't run Followliker, and after following 5 people via FL, it came back with the same 400 blocked error.

TRIED MANUALLY CLICKING REPORT
Since there's no way to click "Report" within FL to notify IG of any error in not being able to follow anymore, I used on iPhone on WiFi from the same IP address, and tried to follow someone. Got the same Blocked error on iOS, so I was able to click "report" from the iPhone for a few follow attempts, but it didn't change anything.

MOVED FOLLOWLIKER TO A DIFFERENT MACHINE WITH A NEW IP ADDRESS
FL was always running on my work computer, so I figured this was an IP-based ban. Thought a VPN might help, but before doing that, I simply installed Followliker on a different machine (my laptop) and used WiFi at home (Different provider, completely different IP) and ran Followliker. After 3 follows it got the same blocked 400 message. Can't follow anyone anymore. However, from my iPhone on my same home IP over WiFi, I can follow people.

NEW IG BLOCK IS DEVICE/ACCOUNT-BASED?
Since I can follow people manually on my iPhone, and I know that Followliker appears as an Android device to IG, I'm guessing this follow ban isn't just IP-based on device-based as well?

Either way, looks like I can't use Followliker to follow anymore. Bummer.
I figure I will next wait a full week, and then greatly reduce the numbers for following and slowly up the numbers a tad each week.

Has anyone run into this or new limitations from the new IG algorithm?
