paypal sucks

Bitcoin is not always stable plus there is more transaction fee & tax in that
1. Atleast are no skid'ish chargebacks.
2. Chance of the value of your holdings to go to the moon: Bitcoin 50% and PayPal 0%
3. If you withdraw your income from PayPal on a month to month basis then the fees are near to damn huge, bitcoin is much better.

Hmm You have a point

These are the problems I face with PayPal in India.

  • you can not pay from balance, you can only pay by the card attached to the account.
  • support is shit, they actually are pretty fast in canceling the Indian account,
  • withdraw to bank account some time takes days.(nowadays I am getting credited next day from last 1 month, still, sometimes it takes 2-3 days)
  • balance is auto withdrew to the bank daily. NO PayPal wallet for Indian user
  • exchange rates is unacceptable. when i get paid $1 = 62 INR, when i have to pay $1 = 67INR
  • you can not pay for friend and family, Only way is pay is to is pay for product and service. and give 6% fee.
  • I want to issue a refund, wait balance was auto withdrawn, I can not issue a refund unless I have money in my wallet. wait for money to arrive in the wallet and then pay it, or pay it from a card that ends up around 20% more burden. as I have to pay around $115 for a $100 refund, and only aprox$90 of $100 was received. so you not only refund the amount you got but the amount + 20%
  • hold on accounts - for no reason PayPal some time hold money and god how what it does with it for a month,
  • PayPal India account cannot pay to PayPal India account.
PayPal only is not standalone responsible for this, the government is the one who will not let PayPal offer his full service.

the alternative methods
- bank transfer via remedy, Xoom, transferwize, BTC
BTC withdraw to INR can also be a problem sometimes. I just accept BTC you can actually spend or you can invest in. many banks have a clear statement to not to use their bank with crypto.
I can not control what the government will do or the bank will do, the only thing you can do is to offer a better service, that client gets ready to pay via remitly/transferwise directly to a bank account, or in BTC.
as 90% people pay via PayPal.

I don't like how I can't payout dollars into my dollar bank account. They force me to exchange my $ into my local currency using their shitty exchange rate before sending it to my bank account.

Our india government always want money from good people but they don't give damm for corrupted minister, businessman etc inface they are in support for them

That's true.. Indian government banned so many things through which paypal banned for us.
Another rule which was implemented since Oct. 2017 that 18% GST is going to deduct. It's true, you can check your invoice which you are getting monthly. As far as i stop taking payment from paypal still those who unable to pay me through other way they are paying through paypal in which i need to take $50 from paypal via bank for GST in which i need to pay fees of $30 as a transaction fees with clarification why i am getting funds and from where? Except that also i need to wondering banks to banks for those funds clarification. Because it will take 1 month for clearing or may be more till there clarification. Uhh

Problem is everyone still using it. Personally, I do not have much problem with fees but those stories if Paypal limiting accounts is very scary.

NO payal, this is not true

18% GST is on PayPal fee, not on the receiving amount.
ot make conversation easily, It is around 1% of the receiving amount.

the payout for $50 is $47.05 and which after converted to INR it is approx INR 2900.

I think the same but when i checked my invoice it's same as i said. Even one of my client said that send me the proof and i'll send him proof.

People use PayPal since they get buyer's protection, There's no good alternative to PayPal as far as I know

^ This. The buyers dominate here and most buyers prefer paypal because of the protection. A viable alternative would have to still protect buyers but have a different policy regarding those stupid account limitations and have customer service that actually works.
