How the hell can I get my Adsense account back?

Google disabled my account for the past 4 years now... I have been writing appeals but they keep rejecting it. Does anybody has suggestions on what I can write to enable them activate back again?

its not that easy, they got my IP and wont let me login to another adsense account with my PC any successful login will take u to my old account which is banned.

i will try when i get a new pc

I hate to say is .. But If it was another company you might get some suggestion, but Google .. Nah man you have to move on try any other advertising platform.
