Well, some of accounts were used for promoting some stuff with follow/unfollow/liking method, while the others with commenting and mentions - it explain why account has 0 followers/followings. Anyway - you can go and check account’s age. As its aged - you can be sure that its also warmed up

How to check actual account's age:
