Pankaj I think you get it wrong.....you just have to find any offer which is about registering to survey completing site....that "work from home job" would be survey completing on that site, but its not you business, you just need someone to register through your affiliate link. You can set filter on AWM to show only email-submit offers, then pick some of them and promote link in specific country. Lets say, I will pick some offer about survey site from Germany and then post ads to german classified ad sites. If you will promote your link in another country, it will not work. And do not put link in actual ad, you will be quickly banned. You can also set automatic response on email, to make it more automated.
