It asks me about a free domain.......is one free domain included when i make this purchase? (just checking as i dont remember seeing it on the plan details)

Also, asks if i need any additional ip addresses. What would this be for?

Virtual server provision was not properly finished.
There was fatal error during provisioning and the entire process was aborted. Click "Audit Log" tab above and check what's gone wrong during VPS creation.

Eliminate the cause of this issue and re-create VPS.
