I did all that, set up the ads, all from my real facebook account, put in my real debit card details, then they disabled it, filled out all the questions they asked me to, uploaded my I.D and then I got this

You'll have to give them some time to respond.

Using a different Facebook account comes with it's own share of headaches. You'll have to purchase the account, lease a dedicated VPS to run it, make sure nothing links back to the account that was blocked etc.
