which niche??

Hello everyone

I have a big question.
I want to earn 10$/day but i don't know what to do.
I have a budget of 20$ that i can spend on this project, i'm thinking about a niche site that earns money with adsense or affiliate.
My big question is that i really don't know in which niche i wanna work.
There are alot of niches in my head but there are already many sites existed about it.
Are there like some programmes where i can look up for keywords for free?
And my second question is in what language should i work, Dutch or English?
My Dutch grammar is perfect but my English is an other story.
Please give me some tips.
