Yeah, i was waiting MONTH for refill. In this time i have opened 4 tickets (because everytime they say it's 48h, im patient and waited more) and after a MONTH support made an idiot from me telling that the drop is from another order... Clearly, waiting a month to dont offer refill or refund. Because ofc it will drop earlier or later. I think i haven't got one good refill. So orders are not guaranted even you pay for that.

Before the problems come It was a good panel, but in bad situations support shows that they dont care about people. I suggest moving to another one.

Can you please share the ticket number so I can investigate this? This is possible that you have old drops but I will verify. Some clients do buy NO REFILL followers from another panel, come to ours buy some refill services. The bad followers drop and they want us to make refill. You understand why he might have say that.

You have posted more than once in this sales thread about this service, this is the last time you post a negative comment.

If you wish to escalate things to opening a ShitList, then that option is there for you if the seller and yourself can't come to an agreement and resolve the issues.

We try to disable as fast as we can when we see an issue. We dont want your orders to be stuck processing for ages witout refund, which some other panel do.

Hey mate, services are always comming back up. When they go down it taked from 3-4 days to maybe 2 weeks. This is when big updates happen and during the last 2 months there was a lot of updated unfortunatly. We are working hard on providing working services
