Go Daddy Domain Appraisal says my website's worth $1,267... I was just wondering if I wanted to sell it what would be the step by step to do so?? I mean can anybody point me in the right direction at the least??

A real appraisal costs $. But even the paid ones often inflate prices. Appraisers are usually linked to the flipping site, so it's in their own interest to artificially boost prices. Gotta work a lot to find honest deals.

Many years ago I ran a 4 month old site through a free valuation to be informed it was worth $12k - how happy was I ?
Ran the same details through 3 other appraisals to find it ranged between $100 and $3000 with these.

Take the free ones with a pinch of salt. Have a look on Flippa for aything similar, to see what prices they have sold for recently.

GoDaddy usually isn't spot on with their estimate worth.
