If you can link a bank account in the country where paypal is registered, this shouldn't be an issue.
Im from Romania. Im locking to open a sthealt acount on paypal/ebay to can sell. Dont know exactlly from were to start. I see someone who offer a paypall verified acount+proxy but is that enought? I'm in US so I'm not an expert on withdrawing money from a US paypal acct in non paypal countries, but this seems to be the main problem that everyone has. You should figure out how to launder money from US paypal to Romania before you start.

Its depends on country location and also i am India and use three account to withdraw money.

But I want to ask ..... If I get verify on stealth paypal acc using fake infos about me then I will need to sent the money to another real paypal acount ( with this acount I will use real details ) and I can then withdraw safety? Is good my aproach or not? thank

that is one way , the other way is to attach a card to get the cash in , to take out via atm.
if you buy a paypal account it usally all setup for you , and you can ask for a attached card and get it sent to your real address .
ask a user in the misc i am sure someone can help you .
the most common way is put it in a stelth paypal account then pay your self .

Would it be okay if I add bank accounts which not associated with my paypal name/address? I mean, I want to add friends bank into my paypal account. Could I withdraw to it?

they dont allow this your get ban, or get your account out on hold.
paypal is a real bank and will not accept other people detail on a account .
you can send money to a friend or family directly from a paypal account to a paypal account but you can not attach there card to a account
