just make them with pay as you go accounts ...
you can get loads of pay as you go accounts mastercard do loads of them .
you can even buy them in super markets .

1. you buy the card sometimes with money on them .(( money you asked to have on it at purchase time ))
2.you can now go around that shop and spend that money with the tempray card you just got.(( or any shop that accepts master card))
3.when you get home you need to register the card to use it as a proper bank card .
4. you need to fill out the online application and the address you enter on the form will be the address they send a real plastic card to .
5. when the card come in the post you go back online and login and activate it .
6. done, know you got a new bank account , but they are expensive to use , they charge you for adding money and also for taking money out .
7. you can put money on the card in a shop that let you top cards up, if registred can do it also online or let others send money to it.
most cards are free becouse the fees are very heigh .
when you ask for a plastic card some providers charge you .
no card can be sent to a po box must be a real address.

Paypal can not see who the real account holder is from your account numer. Banks tell paypal only two bits of information. 1. Is this account valid? and 2. Can this account take deposits? Unless you're moving massive amounts of money through your paypal, they should not dig any further.

Since there are literally a dozen bank within walking distance from where I am I could literally have a 100 bank accounts if I wanted.

so you register a bussiness account evey sucesfull project?
I'm rotating accounts so at any one moment I'm pounding 4-6 accounts heavily. Majority of my accounts are just sitting there getting aged and racking up sales history so I can list 1000 units of a $200 item at once and doesn't get bans or document requests.

Thank you Toml for this explanation. I see this info before but I was not shor. I have some more questions if is not to much for you. I want to ask because I read in the post you write that is better to use canadian acount for paypal for not be need to give after you hit 20000$ SSN ( I also found is risky to fake them). Hovewer when you set a new acount for paypal Canada you should provide I think ID and bank statement. Im right? Also you need to use IP from Canada, maybe a private proxy or VPS? Can you recomend were to buy such service? and also were I need to look for VCC at least or even VCC+ VBA for extra protection. Thank you and I also plan to withdraw in my legit acount after I transfer funds from stealth to legit acount. Is that ok for small payments? thank.
I didn't say it's better to use canadian account. That must be someone else. I am not familiar with canadian tax laws so it may be true, it may not be true.
I do not recommend using proxies at all for eBay and Paypal. For location masking purposes I use VPN's. I use 24vc and ipburger for virgin IPs and I have not had any problems.
No. DO NOT TRANSFER FUNDS BETWEEN PAYPAL ACCOUNTS. That is the easiest way they can link you.

Thank you for your answer. I do have some more questions. Really appreciate that if you could answer these too.
1. I hear from somewhere that paypal will be selective and put more attention once your account reach 4 figure ($1.000). Means, they would ask for identity and stuff to make sure your business is legal. If you cant prove and provide information they needed, then they will freeze your account. Is that true?

I'm bought VCC, SSN info, cheap VPS server and registered US account with this information
I'm withdrawing money through cryptocurrencies. Just exchange my paypal money to bitcoin paying fees
2 considerations here.
1. Paypal will ask for tax ID or SS# if it looks like you will exceed 200 transactions and / $20,000 a year on paypal. This isn't Paypal policy, this is by law. They can ask for this info before you hit this limit if it looks like you will exceed it. For example, if you do $500 on 1/1/2018, and $500 on 1/2/2018, and another $500 on 1/3/2018, then they can ask for the tax info on 1/4. AFAIK this is pretty much random.
2. If you start moving serious money (more than $5K a month) through paypal, I am almost 100% sure that they do a risk assessment on your account and if it fails they will ask for more info.

Thats simply Payoneer system. It gives you a real bank account in US. So you will just add your new US bank account on your Paypal account and verify it. Paypal send a small money to confirm. When you see Paypal money in your bank statement you use the code to verify your bank account. Now you have a working REAL bank account on your name.
Next question is: How i will withdraw money from my new Bank account? There are two ways.
1) You can attach your local bank IBAN in your Payoneer account and withdraw money to your local bank.
2) Payoneer send a real CC Mastercard. You simply go to ATM and withdraw money.
