Hi fellow FB cloakers,

I'm running diet ads on Facebook and Adwords for a few years now and it's has always been going great.
Lately there is a change in Facebook that's really annoying.

Each Facebook campaign/ad stops spending when it spended around €170/€171. As soon as the new day starts (00:00) the ads start spending again, but they will again stop at the exact amount on which it stopped the day before, and then again it continues spending at 00:00 next day. I've tried using different daily budgets, but that has no effect. I start new campaigns (with seperate Facebook acounts) on a daily basis, but each campaign has exact the same problem.

An example:
- 28 jan: Spend: €170,85
- 29 jan: Spend: €170,85
- 30 jan: Spend: €170,85
- 31 jan: Spend: €33,51 > Account died: "Your ad account has been flagged for policy violations"

Does anyone has the same problem, or even better, has a fix for it?

Why dont you buy a account higher spend limit ? as i think you got a good campaign.

I don't think you can buy/get accounts with various spending limits..? I'm using FB accounts from several sources and they always work the same..

Maybe its your "advanced cloaker" that limits the accounts. Never heard of this problem before.

You think the problem can be caused by the cloaker? 'AdvancedCloaker' was just a funny name, nothing serious. I've been using my cloaker for at least 6 months now and I only have this problem for like 4 weeks now..

It might be your cloaker....

I don't think the problem is my cloaker. The ads are spending, but at some point they just stop spending, and then continue the next day. If the cloaker would be the problem, the ads wouldn't be approved at all.

What if Facebook has an inclination that you are doing something iffy, but its not quite sure what so it limits how much you can spend until a human can take a proper look - and once the human take a look, boom - banned.

-----------

If that' not the case, then there must be a limit on the spend some where in the settings - make sure you don't have any limits in the settings (go to your business manager and see).

I suspect it to be something like this. It is only happening for a few weeks now so they maybe added some extra 'security check' which limits the spending. I'd do anything to find a workaround this though. This limits my spendings a lot, so also the sales.

When I look at the billingpages in my Facebook accounts, I don't see the 'set your account spending limit' block you're pointing to with the red arrow. I think this probably is because I don't use creditcard/paypal as a Payment method, but have a prepaid balance (the whole block you're pointing to is missing)

Yesterday another day with an account spending no more than €171 (at almost 600% ROI). Imagine that spend being 2k like it was a month ago :/

Nobody with the same problem?

It looks like a loyalty thing. Try to increase the engagement in the accounts.

I guess you use VCCs right?

It's interesting, I have a similar problem but with Trustly only 40 dollars per day, and another 40 dollars after 00:00, afterwards, 3 hours and 30 minutes later the add account gets flagged, so you better do the cleanup before.

May i know what VCC service provider u use? Official from your bank? Maybe it has to do with the VCC being from different country as the Profile's country (notice I said profiles country, not ad account country)

Best,
mala

It really looks like we have the exact same problem ('finally' someone who has the same issue). It might have to do with the VCC being from a different country than the profile's country, because most of my profiles are bought from some Asian country, so the profile is Asian, while the add account is from Europe. I'm gonna try changing the profiles country with a new-bought profile, maybe that solves the problem.

Thanks for your reply!

u mentioned yr account died , did it get disabled or bannned ?

If you need to spend big budget
I have the account can do this, and we can cooperate for mutual benefit.
Budget unlimited

What the...I've never had this happen to me before, but I don't purchase facebook ad accounts. Are you targeting anything against the facebook TOS?

In 90% of the time accounts die with the reason: "Your ad account has been flagged for policy violations". So the profiles still work, but the ad account are 'banned'

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure your account will die within a few days once I start using it..
