Hello BHW Fellas!

Always wanted to get your input on who is your biggest inspiration and why is it your biggest inspiration?

I have a couple of people that inspire me on daily basis. First would be my mom and my dad because i can never stop learning new things from then and then there are people like Kim Schmitz (former Megaupload owner). His case back in 2012 about the Megaupload website is still going and he faces the possibility of going to jail for over 20 years for copyright. But still, he keeps on fighting and never gives up. Another inspirational person is Michael Blakey. He has a kind of a weird clothing style but i do love his inspirational words as well.

So who is your inspiration and why? I am curious to know!

best regards

The results I have when I put in work is totally my inspiration.

"Work hard in silence and make your success be your noise."

When I look in the mirror I see the guy who inspires me the most after a lifetime of BS.

Outside marketing my grandfather of 90 who survived 2 wars and is taking care of my 88yo grandmother that is suffering from dementia.

My dad. He's a complete badass, worked hard for his entire life, and is one year from retiring happy and well-invested and relaxing in his cabin by the river in the middle of the woods. He's told me many times, that the only thing he would ever change about how his life is right now is for Mom to be alive. He doesn't like the feeling of enjoying the fruits of both of their labor without her.

But yeah, Dad.

I think person wise I would like to be like my mother. I fail to understand how can a person be so kind.

Bills, big amount on bills is my inspiration, i need to pay them for myself and for my family.

Myself and Patric Bet David. Myself because i somehow with the help of other people dug myself out of poverty and brought myself to a life full of abundance and gratitude. People jokingly called me Singaporean because i was single and poor most of my life lol. It's been a painful road full of blood and sweat, 2 times i put a gun to my mouth and didn't pull the trigger. Life just wasn't ready to give up on me so i persisted. Now instead of mountains in a third world country i live on the shoreline of California and spread knowledge, spirituality, love and nurture among my friends and loved ones. For this i must express immense gratitude to all members of this forum. You have gifted me with incredible knowledge that has changed my life and i find it hard to find words big enough to express my gratitude. Your selflessness and honest intentions have helped me, my family, my friends and many other people that browse these pages.

Patric Bet David because he keeps me strong and motivated and we share a similar story and goals. He is an Iranian immigrant that hustled in Germany and later moved to California. Started working as an insurance agent and later opened his own insurance company called People Helping People or PHP Agency. Today he is a serial entrepreneur and business advisor worth more than 100 million dollars. You can learn a lot from his youtube channel called VALUETAINMENT. He is 100% straight to the point and no bs type of guy.

Congrats, you should throw that gun out now.

My father. He grew up in such poverty that he ate only one meal every day, and he's retiring with $2m in the bank.

That's inspirational. How he did that ?

His father died at age 37 because he didn't have $10 to go to a doctor, while my grandmother was pregnant with my father. Started a business at age 43 because his boss went bankrupt owing him wages, and he got some of the tools in lieu of pay. Started the business out of pure desperation, not because he had some grand plan. Took out a $5K debt from credit card, bootstraped it into a business with 7 figure revenue.

My Father. My Mother. My Wife. My Daughter.

He came to the UK with $0.50 in his pocket, he had to bring his mother and two sisters along with him (They were escaping the Idi Amin regime). He found my mother, worked hard, built a practice that turns over more than half a million dollars a year. My dad was my hero, he was our rock - I miss him terribly.

My mum never let anything get me down my whole life. She was my driving force throughout my childhood and still remains one today.

My wife - my poor, long suffering wife. She keeps me focused, she keeps me fed. She sticks with me through all of my hair brained ideas.

My daughter. It's not possible to explain to people who don't have kids, but the smile she gives me every morning is what makes sure I get up.

Working for yourself and money will always doom you to failure. Find a reason to get up.

TAD

Don't know about inspiration, my mother worked hard her entire life to end up with a lousy pension that's barely worth having so I don't want to go down the same route.

My brother worked his ass off and he died last year from a heart attack, certainly don't want to follow that path!

Motivation is another thing entirely, providing an acceptable standard of living for my family is all the motivation I need.

This picture mostly ...

Not trying to piggyback or something but I'm really inspiring myself in the last few days, like really im finally leveling up at a rate which is gucchi to my ego.

Amazing! Hope you keep on going and never have to be at that point in life again, where you think about ending it all.
