Noob question for IG

Hi All !
I'm a newbie for IG. I read many IG journeys in this forum and i decide to follow the IG + Ogads method.
I started my first account a months ago and now it reaches ~6500 followers. I tried to sign up at Ogads but receive a Deny all the times.
Can you guys suggest what to do with my 6k5 followers account and sign up at Ogads ?

You mean i should use my account to shout out for my smaller account to develop an IG network account ?
