I have like 1300 followers, maybe 300 of them are real. Is there any way to get targeted real followers without follow liker, If you have some money shoutouts are the way to go. If you get a shoutout from a big page (like 600-700 K) you can easily get 300-500 followers, and sometimes even up to 1000 followers if your picture completeley matches the theme of the big page. In the "hot babes" (or whatever you call it) niche which I'm familiar with, you can get that kind of shoutout for 15-50$.
But maybe even better option is to go for the promotion instead shoutout. It means that you can order like 10K followers from some big page, and they will keep promoting you until you get those 10K followers, no matter how much shoutouts it takes. You can get the 10K promo for like 300-350$.
So if you have some money, I think thats the easiest and most effective way to go....
