How to incognito for working on internet?

Hi, i have some good idea with make money from 18+ sites but my country law doesn't allow that. so i want incognito when working on internet (some guys in my country do some big adult sites and it still online)
i have try use VPN with Tor browsers. I think it is good to incognito but for the highest level sercure, it blocking html5 so i can't add media (image) to post on wordpress.
Anyone suggest solve this problem?

Make virtual machine on ur pc, use 1 vpn from eg. russia location then also make a vpn on ur virtual machine from different location. so now you have 2 vpn’s from different locations. you will be connecting to ur VM with russian ip and you will use different ip for doing work on ur site from VM. you can also add proxy to ur browser on VM. i think they won’t catch u

PC with russian VPN > connect to VM > setup another VPN on VM > Setup proxy in ur browser > work

or you can buy windows RDP located in some other country and then publish content on that rdp

Otherwise I think that advice above to setup a VPS and connect to the VPS is another solution. You would still use a VPN to connect to the VPS. Don't know if the remote connection is encrypted or how secure it is.

RDP (Windows) and SSH (or Secure Shell) and SFTP (Linux) are encrypted by default.
But you can also switch a proxy / VPN in front of it, which may sound paranoid but surely it is safer.

Yep. The VPN connection is encrypted. Your ISP can still see that you are connected to the VPN network, but they can't find out what you are doing, unless they want to bypass the encryption. Full answer here:

not all connect to VPN encrypted. i have use vultr VPN and it not have SSL certificate.

kết nối qua team view liệu có an toàn và được mã hóa không bác? ISP liệu có thấy đc máy bên kia truy cập gì không?
e xài VPN của vultr đang tìm cách cài bảo mật kết nối cho VPN mà chưa được. xài VPN mua thì sợ bị ghi lại lịch sử duyệt web
