It takes a 7-year degree before you can hold the prestigious title of 'Professional Blogger' - I highly recommend an Ivy League school. It'll put you a few hundred thousand bucks in debt, but it's worth it so you can legally blog.

phr0zt is right, last week a friend of mine start a new blog illegally because he forgot to renew his blogger license, he was caught by the blogger police and got 5 years in jail!

That because he wrote only 4 articles I heard some blogger took life sentence for more articles, OP never blog without a legal license.

Of course not, anyone can be a blogger. But, you do have to have a bit of talent for writing, taking photos, etc. And you cannot be lazy about it - it takes time to get recognition for blogging.
