Domain Relevancy and SEO

Hello World! I've a question.. I have an Amazon Affiliate Site doing so well right now.. 3 month old and did +260$ last month.

My website in a certain niche in Electronics, let's say Speakers.
I found another really easy keywords in another electronics niche let's say Mice.

"The domain contain Speakers word"

I tried one keyword of these keywords and ranked #1 with no backlinks at all after 3 weeks from publishing the article and got quite good sales from it.

So now, Should I do another site about Mice from Zero and start building links, getting out of sandbox etc..
Or I can create a category in Speaker niche site for PC Mice and target these keywords and get it ranked immediately?

As long as they are in the same "main niche" I would use the current site.
You already have traction on this website... so build it out.

The advice is definitely to create a category on your existing website, especially if that's the same niche and you already rank high for certain keywords. That will take much less effort from your side rather than getting out of sandbox (6 months if that's a new website) and PR will automatically spread on newly created pages.

I agree, grow it out. This can only add more value to your site about "speakers". It also allows people searching for mice may also purchase speakers from you, or speaker searchers find your mice. It also allows you to build links back for mice, as well. Putting the products on your landing page for SEO and keyword optimization should be all it takes to start driving traffic for both from keywords. Especially if it's a good niche the URL isn't going to be a deal breaker by any means.

I think it is about your SEO strategy and your niche. For instance if you are taking high risks, blasting GSA links etc, I would go for a new site. Harder, but I don't like putting all the eggs in same basket. If you lose one, you lose all kind of thinking.. Also in my opinion exact match domains are still strong in country level google versions. Those are some other things I would consider.
