Crypto has brought some weird cult like scenarios. I've come to realize that only a certain few people should play in a market of any kind (stock, crypto, etc) and the rest will inevitability get chewed up and spat out.

Clowns have found they can manipulate the market with the Pump and dumps, making themselves look like gurus so others follow their advice so they can profit, scammer like the bitconnect creators and a hundred other ways to line their pockets at the expense of others.

I can't count how many threads I've deleted, posts I have edited and people I have warned in the Crypto subforum.

I once told a friend that anytime I moderate in the Crypto subforum I take a 20 minute hot shower afterwards due to the slime that tries to take advantage of the BHW members.

I might start going to my neighbor and ask him to steam clean me after modding in here soon.

It could take months. You have to think about the opportunity cost and the profits you miss while you're waiting. Eg: I've invested in Amazon (it's ja no brainer) in 2016 and made more than 100% so far. And I've ~20 more great companies with real products, real properties, real employees etc. (=real value) in my portfolio. It's just a matter of time until I'll double my income. It's not based on luck but solid work.

But yes, good luck by gambling worthless coins. If you don't understand it and keep holding it ...your fault. lol

Went from $321 to $35 in about 10 hours. Brutal.

Seems like the market might not be fully recovered until March or April now, if previous three years are any indication. Going to be a long winter.

you forget though, the crypto scene has sped up by ten times. So divide your prediction by 10, thats when the rebound will occur.

I don't envy you that, I see the other forums and it's none stop shilling, bullshit claims and discord pump and dumps. Crypto really attracts some of the worst humanity has to offer.

Heads up. This guy is live streaming and is from BCC apparently. He is working behind the scenes and trying to calm people down.

He just said "The value of all of your lending in BCC will be valued at $363 when you move it or convert into BTC or move it to another exchange."

He said this fixed value is guaranteed.

He's claiming also they had a coordinated attack.
