- Instagram - Follow Back Tool - Added the following user filters: 'Followers/Followings ration is in range', 'User has a number of followers/followings in a specific range', and 'User has profile image'
- Social Profile>Details> IG Scrape tool - Added option to extract user engagement when extracting additional data of specific users
- Instagram Users and Hashtags tool - Added option to follow/unfollow hashtags. Also added an option to see the followed hashtags done through the app
- Instagram Users and Hashtags tool - When searching for suggested users and scraping bio and followers also scrape user engagement
- Instagram - Campaigns - Option to deselect destinations after publish now works with Instagram Walls
- Instagram - Users and Hashtags - Suggested Users - Added filter and followings column for Suggested Users results
- Instagram - Comment - Added 'User has a number of followers/followings in a specific range' filter
- Instagram - Comment - Added 'Posts that tagged specific users' source
- Instagram Follow - Added new options for Follow by Keyword(Hashtag) and for Follow by Geolocation to follow users that interacted (liked/commented) with hashtagged posts or post posted with a specific location.
- Instagram Post in Story - When tagging users in stories always show them in the center of the image ( this way you can add your own text to show there).
- Campaign Advanced Settings Instagram - Added new option called 'Crop image instead of adding white borders' use it if you want the image to be cropped from the center instead of adding the white borders when IG does not like the aspect ratio of the image
- Instagram Block Followers - Added option to not block immediately. Use it if you want to manually block the users
- Instagram Block Followers - Added option to Block if all user filters are met. Use this if you want to block users only if they pass all the user filters that you have set ( now they are blocked if any of the user filters are met)

- Twitter - Autofollow - fixed retrying to follow banned users
- Facebook - Contact - Auto reply to new messages - fixed extracting conversation groups
- Social Profiels - Fixed issue with Export Cookies

I've been in the IG automation for about two years now and am currently with FollowLiker because I've been too lazy to search for alternatives as it's been dying out... but it's now gotten bad enough to have me searching for alternatives. Does Jarvee have any issues with liking posts, like many other platforms are struggling with? Also, does it auto-post with a first comment or only auto post with the caption? (Trying to keep the hashtags out of my image.) Thanks in advance for answering my questions.

I did the same thing and made the jump from FL to Jarvee after 2 years and let me tell you I wish I had it sooner. It's way more simple, quicker to set up accounts, and you have way more filters for quality control. With liking it's also a bazillion times better. FL always led me to getting blocks and it wasn't even functional with the FLC setting at times. Make the jump to jarvee you won't regret it.

Issues with liking is not a software issue. It's about proxies.

Likes are working nicely, however as @dma0245 said, it's not always about the bot but other things as well, like proxies or the quality of accounts. If those are not a problem for you, then likes will work with no problems.

How do i add multiple captions in "Monitor folders" ?

When you add a monitored folder you have a template field, you can use spintax there to add multiple captions. Alternately you can use the signature option and do the same with a spinneed text.

Having email loop problem from last 2 days, i thought you guys fixed that bug, i also emailed support but get reply after 12 hours

Me too, got hit like 3 times yesterday. I put "Automatically email verify account" but it worked only couple times and i had to verify manually again.. It's not much of a automation when you have to come back to check jarvee every day, incase it asks email confirmation. I still don't know what triggers it.

I am having the email loop problem as well . I use Jarvee for 20 clients so getting their email password as well to input it in the email validation tab is ...sketchy. I should be able to ask them for the verification code and not have it throw me through this loop. To have to constantly check to make sure my accounts stay validated every few hours is a pain in the a$$. This problem was supposedly fixed with the update they rolled out this weekend ....hopefully they send out a new update to fix it soon.

Ok, so the email verification loop - this is an issue from Instagram itself, it's not a bug with a certain automation software but an actual problem coming from IG, so because of this no one can do anything about that to permanently fix it, except IG . What we did was we found a workaround to make the account work and be valid again - Jarvee can help with that, but it cannot magically make your account immune to this thing as it's something IG randomly decides to do on random accounts.

So it might happen from time to time and there's no way to completely automate its solving as different accounts act differently, it's still better than not being able to use that account anymore as it does solve the problem, you just need to do a few things manually though.

1. Is the video longer than 60 seconds? if yes it will fail
2. are you using a proxy? check that video upload works through it as some proxy providers don't allow that. if that's the problem you can ask the provider to allow it.
3. if these are not the problem contact support and they will take a look further

yes it's called an album and yes any size you want, some might look weird though depending on how ig shows them

Just tried out the trial, two issues:
- Added two photos to the post, only the first was posted.
- I typed hashtags in the post message, but they were not included

@Stiletto Is it possible to create an IG campaign which posts photos without cropping them into squares or adding borders? Posting with the phone app allows for posting portrait and landscape photos, which all my clients prefer A LOT. Is this possible or do I have to post manually?
