I currently have £30 spare (I know its not a lot) but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I could make that grow?. Any ideas are welcome and if possible could you please explain in detail.

Buy 1 domain($10 max, also u can get it for 1$), redirect it with affiliate offer that have more conversion rate(offer should pay you atleast $10, it may sale or lead), buy some real traffic from BHW marketplace. Once it done, re-invest it again. If you failed, hold the domain and learn from it, and do it again.
Also create some youtube accounts, spam or share comment like how your aff.product will help them and share the link using short links.

Im not bothered to be honest, I know everyone has to start somewhere so even if its £1 in a year, its still profit.

You need to set goals. If you are content with £1 in a year, keep it in bank. In my country you get 8% on fixed deposit.

If the first is your goal, then I think you should search around for some cryptos with growth potential ( I'm not a crypto guru, so I can't help you with this one )

OP, just invest that $30 into a Shopify store and post a couple of times on Reddit. You’ll make your money back + more.

I have many freelance skills. But how to gather orders and promote my services? This is much harder than learning things

Do your research about "dropshipping" and if it interests you, you can start your very own online store selling AliExpress products either on WooCommerce or Shopify. For your budget and the ease of customization, I'd suggest you go for WooCommerce and because you're not keeping any stock, you can easily start this business.

Keep aside some money for Facebook ads and use inbound marketing to grow your business and earn money online.
