Okay, so you are very competetive niche. And i mean very competetive.. If you wanna stay in this niche then the best thing you can do is to just keep on posting videos until one or more of them blow up.
Also try to work a little on your editing skills, remove the green bars on the site. There are some good youtube tutorials on how to do that with Sony Vegas.
You should also avoid the overuse of the subscribe thingy that pop ups every minute or so. Either try to do it at the start of the video or at the end of the video. It may be not annyoing for you to see it, but it will be for your audience.
