Does streaming embedded videos consume bandwidth from my quota?

I am thinking to setup a legal PPV site for movies. I want to know if hosting movies on seperatevideo hosting and embeding them on my site account to consume bandwidth from from hosting quota ?

No, since you do not host the videos you are not using your bandwidth. The images etc that load on the page that you host will use your bandwidth though.

You shouldnt have any issue with that. At least with our clients, they dont have any bandwidth issue haha.
