Domain name confusion

I want to buy a domain which .com extension is already buyed. For example I want to buy (mysite.market) but (mysite.com) is already done by a person. Help .am I right? Or I face any problem in future??

As the extension is differ then there won't be any issue. Domain with different links is considered as the independent domain. You can have the best SEO for your domain for the best result.

I would say, if the words can be used in any way other than how they are trademarked, go for it. For instance, if nike.com was available, I would buy that so quick and turn it into a web page all about the Greek goddess of victory. I would not really mention shoes too much, if at all. Then, if Nike, the shoe company, decided to take me to court, I would have a pretty solid case. Coca-Cola.com would be harder to defend.
