I am Working on Kuwait Based Website . I am working From 4 Months on This website ,,, my website 2 years old but the daily Organic traffic is 20 to 50 and spam rate of the website 5/17... What i do to improve

looks like bl are shite or bad spammy

use hreff of the bl mettrics and desolve the crap with google tool.

use spam score with moz or majestic

It may depend on how many links you want to disavow. According to experts ideally, it takes 2 - 4 weeks to deindex/delete those links.
