Content Type: PDF a-like ebook which you can convert into PDF as well using online service.
Content: As @vinku mentioned, it talks only about the methods not development. So development is something you need to take care of yourself. But mostly, you don't need much of the development since he has mentioned a good source for apps in the ebook itself.
Method: Method is working 100% because I knew few things already about it as many people do it and they are doing it for as long as Android gained the lime-light. Yes, It was easier long-before but it's still workable now.
I want to mention one thing, Seller has tried it's best to explain everything from White Hat, Gray Hat and Black Hat.
But If I were you, I would only do White Hat because after talking to the seller, I have found that if we do WH, We can still earn constantly without having bans or anything.
Seller is still doing well with this method himself and he is willingly doing us a favor by giving away this method for the good.
Lifeline of the Method: Seller has mentioned the life-line of method in his book, But I believe it can work for life-long. It will only be little difficult and more moving towards WH but it is never going to die. Android is never going to die, so this method is never going to die too (If you focus on White Hat).
Why you should buy?: It's cheaper I believe, It's working, It's almost ready to work-upon and Seller is helpful too.
Minimum Budget Required (Extreme Case): Around $150 would be good.
Recommended Budget Required (Easy Case): Around $1,000 where you would be able to see good numbers in return real soon. (If all worked perfectly).
Does Seller Up-sell: So far, I can't see anything he is selling apart from this ebook.
Short Tags: White Hat, Evergreen, Easy, Good Support, Honest Method Sharing, A-Z (As far as ASO and Money Making is concerned).
P.S.: What is Short Tags, Short Tag means the words define this whole course in short.
Recommendation to Seller: Since you are already earning good with this method, hire 2-3 people from UpWork and send them this content for proof-reading. I'm sure this is one of the best course I have read in past few years and you can make it really awesome with this addition.
Secondly, Come up with the cheaper Video Course as well so that we who aren't aware about the methods can see it on screens rather than reading. (I can help you to make a layout for it). But this course has a potential of becoming teaching topic rather than a ebook.
Does Course/Content worth the Price?: I have read some of his last replies on this thread, he has offered it for $40.
I would recommend the seller to give similar or good discount on Christmas also.
Overall, I recommend this course to those who are willingly interested in doing this kind of business. For me its a good since it's White Hat.

I received a review copy from the seller.
From top to bottom, it's a nice read and a lenghtly one too (45 pages on Adobe digital edition epub reader). The seller has done a good job at covering all the details. And yes, the coding aspect is not covered. It's all about the method discussed in the BHW sales page that's included in this guide. Here my say about this guide:
Pros:
This guide is right on the money. I mean, one can make money after TAKING ACTION with this guide. He has included a blueprint on how to let your app get discovered and not die. The method involves a mix of white hat and black hat as well. - mostly black hat or grey hat. From choosing a niche, keyword, etc, everything is discussed in this guide.
Cons:
Other than this being a length read and not covering the app development aspect, there are no major flaws in this guide.
Overall, worth it, but buy it only if you have basic coding skills and if you are someone who takes action. The potential is there, the guide is there, so the thing that remains is taking action.
