Need Help about creating Paypal Account

Hi, all members in BHW. I attempted to have Paypal account as a payment gateway in Shopify store. I created an account at Paypal and linked it on my Shopify store already. But later I found out that Paypal is not available in my country yet. My account can only be used to purchase stuff online, not receive payment. I did some research about this and found that I could create a fake US Paypal account and use that to receive money. But I am afraid there will not be possible since Paypal need me to link my US bank account to it. By the way, I have Payoneer Account (which can be considered to be a US bank Account I think) with prepaid mastercard. This is the problem. Because I use fake name in my Paypal Account, then the information on my Payoneer account will be different and I am afraid they would spot this and freeze my account.
Sorry that I wrote a alot and English is not my native language. I hope you guys could understand it. And I really appreciate every guidance and advice from all of you.

as long as i know this about bussines account or personal account paypal .
and you need verified cc tough. alternative cc you know what i mean .

Actually, I am not really sure what you meant. Could you clarify about that?

if you have the oportunity to go to thailand, open a bank account there, you will certainly need proof of residency in Cambodia. THen make a Thai Paypal account. It should work fine, I have some Lao friends doing that

Sorry but is this serious? I am not from US too but still can apply an account, go to Paypal.com (international and verify it use your bank account, you cant?!)

your country is weird! Or maybe you can try move the cash from Paypal account to account, this u may bypass it.

I know and I feel sad about that This is the messsage I got from Paypal Support.

Yes its possible but you should have some "talking skills" coz u need to contact paypal on the phone and make them believe thats not a payoneer bank

yes , there is no law against that in this country, however it is up to the bank to accept or not. You will have better chances in a bank near the border. If a bank tell you the cannot do that, just go to the next bank office even same companies name, they not have the same instructions everywhere. Good luck with it

Many country can't accept paypal, moving cash from account to account is a bad idea
