Since is artificial intelligence and is in the very beginning like a baby.. is very easily to trick it... focus on small things real user do when using instagram, like different coordinates when placing the finger on scrolling, typing like a normal user instead of just pasting the comment and hit send... and bunch of real user behavior..

wow look what i found. can anyoen analyze what this message means? what is he saying? that the loop happens to phone bots too if you have more than 1 acc per proxy now and that you guet logged out from all on that ip if you try more wtf??

Just wanted to chime in here. I run a large operation with tens of thousands of real IG accounts (set up by companies and individuals), but we're using real phones (automated tapping) over VPN IP. We're not doing any private API stuff — so, possibly our data is useful here.

After the major verification outage last Friday, the service resumed on Wednesday I believe, and for a while, we actually saw the "this was me" prompt on the very phones we used to log in (right after hitting the login button), and we could authorize ourselves by tapping that. Super weird. They fixed that yesterday I believe. Now, on Android, it just shows a blank screen with a refresh icon that does nothing. On iOS, on the same page, it actually loads the screen — which is the "request a code" screen. And starting last night, that also means: endless code loop. We haven't been able to bypass that, regardless of how many times the original account owner taps "this was me", or sends us the code.

The only thing that lifts this lock is a password change. Right after the password change, the next code request works. When you try to add another phone then, it resets and everyone's back in the code loop of death.

We're on the latest IG version, but not the beta one. It's pretty clear they are constantly rolling out updates on this, so we're entirely unclear whether to wait this out, or figure out workarounds.

I do think that the sad solution would be to have 1 IP per IG account. But that's just getting impossible to route (VPN server on all IPs, and VPN clients on each phone have to log in / log out before every operation, insane).

Our operation is a bit different in that we're not trying to fly close to the limits to grow our own accounts with likes/follows but rather just mirror actions the users would do anyway.

We also had different results using the web site to upload, but the downside is that doesn't support videos. And after the outage on Friday, we took down the web uploader.

Most scary is this video: a random indian guy made AI that detects spam with 98.56% accuracy.... now imagine if facebook puts a few million dollars on a team? facebook earns $12 billion dollars ($12,000,000,000 per year!!!) in annual revenue. we hav eno fucking chance if they have decided to make an AI too.

The games changing guys, this ai / machine learning thing is a totally new way of thinking. Basically its not about proxies or bots now its about how to fake the account so its looking like a really person.

Believe me there will be new tools and bots coming out soon but the old bots arent going to work now. We have to be smarter and more efficient with more stealth to defeat this new AI.

Its a nice thought but has nothing to do with the real world.
There are 2 types of bot users growth accounts and total spam accounts.
If they real had an ai in place they would always filter out the spam accounts no matter how you bot.
Because you would always promote or promise the user something in your bio or posts.
"click here/check this out/get XYZ" It is so fucking easy to spot a spam vs a real account.
And yes obviously other accounts are promoting on ig but still the difference between a real account promoting some product/ service
or a fake account is too easy to spot.
But 100% of the time they identify you on the way how you connect to instagram.

Most of the normal people don't follow 400 users a day,like,unfollow etc on a consitent basis day to day.
So they could just double check every account with high settings.
Yes there are some people that do high setttings mostly new people on instagram but most people do not over a period of weeks.
You would have to go to insane low settings which would make your botting experience useless.
Because you rely on the followback experience which results in link clicks,followback or likes.
All this funny theory about new bots there are very advanced bots out there with a shit ton of feature to act "more" humanly already.
But if they really were to ban botters which they never will 100% for obvious reasons.
You would have little to no chance.
Still even if they ban the obvious fake accs man there are soo much ways of making money with instagram the easy way.

I rememember the days where it was possible to like 5000 photos every hour....

Instagram is killing all the botters.

I don't even see any other new social media networks. FB/IG are ruling the world.

I feel you but sadly, It's already hard enough to build and maintain non trivial bot like IG bot.
I don't want to say this but seems to me they have won for now...

However, spam will undoubtedly evolve in the future opening a huge, HUGE loophole in the sky.

IG is owned by FB, the multi billion dollar company and you really think they don't have power to eliminate all spammers in a click?
It's so, SO easy for them to use Machine Learning to do classification of spams and kill all spam accounts in a single click of button.
Honestly, they were already doing this maybe 1~2 years ago, using ML to scan bad images, profiles that is using IG logo for bad 3rd party. So they didn't want their logo to be used in API for 3rd untrusted party. The ML would automatically detect & delete profiles ONLY, leaving shitty bio text alone. And, trust me, scanning bio text & username to classify whether the account is spammy or not is MUCH MORE EASIER than image. You get it

The only reason IG is leaving so many spammers... only they would know...

so what that means is they understand how all spammrrs act behind a bot and been gavering 1 year of info , of millions of botters .

so any possable way you bot they no about and currently working on the hashtag and comments and likes part of the bot info for there own info to stop all bots permently.

they tested the login theory without hurting normal accounts last week and it worked so there current data is spot on , know there moveing onto hashtag and comments and likes for there ai bots.

you can know login but there studdying the above so eventually stop all botting and stop all bots .

it not the end yet but it a massive sucesss for ig and fb .

there going to let us bot but at the same time still protect there system but update what info they need to stop boting altogether .

so in other words if you bot they no about it and be updating how you do it and move to next botter till they got enough info.

eventually release a full ban in all bots .

botters have help the api and ig to stop botting without anyone even knowing that fucked up and shocked millions lol very clever .

you are correct the only way is to fight ai bot anginst internet marketing ai bot as the ai bot grows so will the internet marketing ai bot grow.

but unfortunatly your looking at a huge project and going to cost a small fortune

Yep XD. Your opinion doesn't change mine at all. If you don't look act a bot you won't get fucked. Right? Okay WITH THAT BEING SAID DONT LOOK LIKE A FUCKIN BOT.
Have multiple intervals between all types of operations, take days off on accounts, rotate those days bitches... AND EVEN IF THEY MANAGED TO BLOCK EVERY ACTION DONE THROUGH API and Try and get every account into some type of loop. (which 3 out of my 100+ accounts got, And yes, I did get them out of it with them, by NOT DOING THE SAME SHIT EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING...)

I would still be a successful IG botter if all these bad things keep happening because I know how to "bot organically". Repost while making the images "unique" and using 500+ dynamic hashtags per account for these pictures and targetting just the right audiences.

People make shit SO difficult for themselves, I almost can't understand it. Put your fucking innovation caps on people. This isn't god damn rocket science.
