Target bigger accounts and do the following : follow, unfollow, like, comment. You can do many things with a bot but these are the basic things.

Don't need a bot, there is a gem of a tool called 'Gramblr' , Google it !

Hi buddy , Is shoutout or powerlike useful to grow account quickly? any info can share about it, my account is just 7k, I want to grow it more faster,but I have no experience about shoutout and powerlike, should I buy shoutouts or powerlikes from large accounts such as 100k ?

Shoutouts do not help you to grow unless the content goes viral whereas powerlikes is a good way to grow because it will push your posts to explore page and the probability of growing your followers is much higher than shoutouts.

so how much will it cost of a powerlike from an account such as 100k ? I've heard about that the like should be completed in 1 or 5 minutes? And every time should we choose different account to do this?

They charge monthly and offer to like everday, prices depend on the quality of the account. Starting at 20/ mo to a lot more.

1. For fresh accounts be very careful, the best way to know the limits is follow 'x' number/ day or hour until you to face the 24 hour temp ban or to be super safe you can do like 30/ hour and about 200/ day is sufficient. Basically your actions shouldnt be like a bot.

I just faced some problem now,
i go to "X" page follow them, the next i unfollow the "P" follower
and i again go to "X" page, now how can i skip following the "P" follower, Because he is already following me and i dont want to follow him back twice

Thanks buddy, I've tested powerlikes with my account these days, I'm sure it is useless for my account, I'm not sure whether it is because my account has a botted mark or something else, but the post with powerlikes nothing different with other of my posts. Didn't go viral at all. So I have to find other solutions, any idea?

Follow people from big accounts, you will not face this problem as they get 1000s of followers everyday. Also, If week 1 you do follow then give a gap of a day and then for the next week unfollow. I follow till 7k and then unfollow.
Depends on the picture and the account you got the powerlike from, it should be from an account with atleast 100K+ followers with good engagement. Did your picture have the viral quotient?

It's a video, and the service(powerlikes) offered about 600likes & 60M followers in total, I think some of the them are fake or dead accounts, besides, I don't know if botted account like mine has no chance to post go viral...

It looks like you went for a service, I would recommend contacting niche related ig accounts before coming to a conclusion that your account isn't growing because it was botted.
