Hmm, I thought I already left a review but must have forgotten to do so.

Anyway, keyword that I got delivered from @hacko was very decent - as advertised it is very low competition and not just according the competition research tools (Which you have to take with a pinch of salt only); looking through the search results its clear that this keyword has very low competition and page 1 or even position 1 is actually achievable.

Hacko send me the keyword along with some notes about the top 20 results, basically just confirming what I said above.

Today I was reminded to actually post this review because I just noticed that the web 2.0 I registered yesterday for this keyword is already appearing at #67 on Google for the main keyword!! This property doesn't have any content on it - just the title (Main keyword) and the sample text that comes with these properties when they are set up. So that pretty much confirms the fact that this keyword is indeed very low competition.

Sorry guys I am a total nut-head - I forgot to tick the sub-domain box in serp tracking so it was picking up another web 2.0 property!!! No ranking yet. Thought that was a bit crazy. I still stand by the rest of the review though - keyword is very low competition.
 
I want to add to the praise here as I tried out Hacko's keyword service as well. I received a pretty thorough report and the keywords look to be well chosen.

Update to my original review -

Just thought I would post an updated review of this service, a week or two down the line after delivery.

I can honestly say its the best keyword research service I have used to date, and I say that because -

1.Hacko is very good at communicating, everything is well described in terms of what you get and delivery exceeds expectations.
2.The keyword report was very detailed and everything is explained clearly in terms of why the competition is low.
3.The keyword itself is truly low competition - unlike some services where you get a keyword that is "low competition" according to automated tools but then top 10 results tell a completely different story, the keyword I got from Hacko really is low competition and the top 10-20 results back that up (In fact as of today there are only 91 results in total for this keyword!!!).

Right now I have two sites already in the top 100 for this term and its only less than two weeks since I got the keywords delivered. One site is at #88 and one site is at #89. This is without any backlinks or social signals being built at all and only one out of those two sites has had any on-page work done on it.

Honestly I can't talk highly enough of this service. I will definitely be coming back for more keywords soon and also, by the way, I keep a list of service providers and notes on them - T1, T2, outreach, designers and so on. I have a spreadsheet for keyword research providers, and guess who is on it - only @hacko :-)

How many searches does the KW have? Honestly ranking under 100 isn't that impressive if it's low competition & low searches.

Review copies are long gone. I got plenty of reviews as you can see, and working for free is something I try to avoid for now. Don't get me wrong, I still volunteer every now and then.
 
Got my report on 12/12/17. There were 2 main keywords with 720m/s each. Wrote an article on 16/12/17 targeting the same keywords. One of the keywords is at number 18 while the other is at 38 just after 4 days.

Last post I am going to make as far as review goes for this service, but thought this was worth mentioning: now I have one site (A web 2.0 with exact match name) at position #39 - thats still without building any links or doing any social or anything like that. Just built site, added content and waited.
