Why are these amateurs always shouting bubble - Bitcoin/Crypto

I believe it is some kind of a bubble, BUT ppl that are stuck with the "bubble" thing, most of them just use them as an excuse can they didn't wanna say "hi I was freakin stupid and I ignored an amazing opportunity" - me included by the way, thats why I got into crypto recently

Bear in mind Bitcoin has crashed to -70% to -90% of its value multiple times in its existence. And yet, here we are today. I believe as long as the fundamentals behind the technology and its premise do not change and/or are not sabotaged, it's not just going to go away.

Point being, we may very well be in for a huge correction in the not so distant future as you put it, but that does not necessarily mean it will be the end of it, never to reach another ATH, unless the fundamentals behind it say otherwise.
At this point I doubt it will crash 90%, there is just too much news surrounding it. This is a IM forum not a investment forum so most people on here dont really understand this kind of industry. If 75% of the people were going to sell wouldnt of they already done so to "burst" the bubble? What are they waiting for? And if this is a bubble how arent other cryptos bubbles? This is the most stable trustful crypto out there.

It cant crush 90 80 or even 70%, i love how ppl who know nothing about trading says that ppl who buy crypto are stupid cuz they no nothing about trading, then say stupid shit like "bitcoin can crush 90%" it cant crush 90% at these levels of trading. thats the stupidest thing iv ever heard. especially when 40% of coins are being hold by a few whales whove been holding forever, they bought it at 2 cents ieven if it dropped to $1000 per btc (which it wont) they aint selling.

As long as you manage risk, know your exit and don't put all of your money into any one financial instrument, you will be fine. That's what I believe in and actually do. So yeah, don't put your life savings or money you can't afford to loose in bitcoin and you should be fine.

BTW, US indices, Nikkei 225 are also at record highs. If I remember correctly, stock valuations are at record highs since the 1990s.. So yeah, they are in a bubble too.

Nothing to add to that, completely agree.

Is Bitcoin a bubble? Maybe, but no one on this forum or anywhere else has the answer to this question with any degree of certainty, otherwise they would be taking out leveraged short positions on it today.
Can you make money investing into Bitcoin/crypto? Yes.
Should you invest your entire life's savings into Bitcoin/crypto? No.

To answer your question, there can only be a maximum of 21,000,000 Bitcoins ever minted. Right now there are 16.73 million of them in circulation. Traditionally with Fiat currency he may be right about everything he said, but this is a completely different type of currency. This is decentralized, there is no Bank playing puppeteer here, there is no Government intervention. This stuff is worth what the people say it's worth, and that scares those professionals whom only know the textbook routines that they learned at University, because this is different. This is what butthurt sounds like. This is what "I'm angry because I'm a money market professional but I didn't buy Bitcoin in 2013 so now I look stupid" sounds like.

And you did? No? OK next captain hindsight.

People who didn't gamble on Bitcoin in 2013 don't look stupid. They simply didn't gamble their money. No different than saying "Ahhh didn't gamble your money on the Las Grand National winner, bet you feel stupid now"

Well no, because that's the gamble. Easy to look back on isn't it?

Like yesterday. Mr stick all your money on Electroneum, he don't come back with captain hindsight cause it lost. But yeah, it's easy to pick the winners out of a winning streak and declare victory.......

You sir are grieviously mistaken, I read right here on bhw, that the very Tai Lopez himself has been tweeting about crypto currencies as recently as 6 hours ago...

last i checked you also lack a credential in basketball theory.

checkmate again.

They're pissed Because they never invested @ $0.08 and now it's $16,450.....

I doubt if anyone kept their investing for so long to get the real return. I bought it accidentally couple of years back (it was trading at $15-$16). I bought it because i had to make the payment but never made it. Finally sold it at around $250 with so many negative news around

Exactly they just arent good investors.

nah I hope they make it. New money is some of the easiest to sell to. They are very concerned with keeping up the appearance of playing savvy power broker. MMMMHHHHMMMMM... tasty. And controllable and dependable since a sucker is minted every minute.

You are against members posting opinions on this forum. In my opinion, one should not invest all his savings in crypto. Only invest what you are ready to loose.

Not sure what this reply has to do with my post, especially since you are replying to someone who has invested in 2013.

As a newbie on this "Internet Marketing" and "Make money online" forum, I'm very surprised to see
so many members, mostly "Jr. VIP" status btw, constantly speak badly about Bitcoin and crypto.
I can imagine why, looking at their profiles, but that doesn't matter now.

Most people with some basic understanding of the subject know
that Bitcoin and crypto in general has nothing to do with Ponzi schemes or MLM.
Alright, there are a few ICOs trying to scam people, that's true,
but just stay far away from those.

Anyway, the big question always coming back is: is it a BUBBLE? Or NOT?

I don't care. Why do you care? Let it be a bubble, but
use this huge opportunity to make some f***ing money.

Cause that's what it's all about right! That's why we're on this forum.
Seeing opportunities... Making Money... On the internet...

Let it be a bubble. Doesn't matter. Take advantage of it.
There is some serious money to be made here.

Off course you need to be careful. Crypto trading is a 0 sum game.
But you don't have to trade to make money with crypto!
There are so many opportunities, so many ways to make money.

Coinbase has more than 30,000 new sign-ups every day! Every DAY!
Did you know they have an affiliate program? And that's just one vendor.
Or sell crypto related stuff on Amazon, eBay... Even Etsy. Make videos on Youtube...

nVidia (graphics cards) is making a fortune thanks to this whole cryptomania.
Are they constantly asking themselfs if it's in a bubble? NO! They don't care.
They are making tons of money. Did you know they have an affiliate program?

Now is the moment to get on the train. NOW. Not in 5 years from now.

One last word on trading. Just my 2 cents. Purely informative.

Here is a scenario:

Since a few months, big investors (sometimes called whales or smart money), have been
building up positions in various coins, mostly in Bitcoin.
With a steady increase in value as a result.
At the moment, a lot of small investors (sometimes disrespectfully called dumb money),
are entering the market in hopes of big profits.

Smart money is patiently waiting for the right moment to dump it's stash,
causing the prices to plummet and forcing the emotionally connected smaller trader
to sell his coins at a (big) loss.
At which point the whale will happily buy them. And a new cycle starts again.

This has already happened a few times in the past year(s), last time was when Bitcoin reached 5,000,
and it will happen again soon. So why hasn't it "crashed" yet?

1. The smart money (greedy basterds) is still pumping :)
2. Big traders are waiting for a new Bitcoin Futures market to open next monday.
A small one just opened, and they had to stop trading a few times already due to
overwhelming demand. Need to explain?

If you knew you where going to "dump" your huge stash of Bitcoins, resulting in a nice and heavy price drop, wouldn't you also want to buy some sweet future contracts first, shorting the market? Exactly.

After a dump the market will quickly recuperate. So don't worry too much.
We'll see. Be careful out there.

Don't listen to amateurs who cry bubble. They don't know what they're talking about.
I bought my first Bitcoins at $38. They were crying bubble then too.
"Opportunity". It's up to you to create one!

crypto investment is a very dangerous game. come to think of it tbc one of the crypto currency eventually crash when people no longer develop interest in it. sometimes its frustrating in such a way that all cryptocurrencies are still under testing on how they can change the world

A lot of interesting opinions here. Very valuable.
Thanks for sharing!

Plenty of stuff I'd like to say in response to all of this ill-informed nonsense, but instead I'll keep it short. Anyone in here who is calling people gambling on crypto "investors" lacks the common sense and "investing knowledge" to know what "investing" really is. Responses like this:

Exactly they just arent good investors.

Render previous responses like this illegitimate:

A rep for eBay said eBay is looking to start possibly accepting Bitcoin. Amazon and Apple are going to hop on it then Walmart. Once these large corps start accepting it it's going to go higher and higher it is common sense.

Don't call yourselves "investors" when you're armchair speculators at best. And don't take ramblings as facts from members who have zero financial competence to start with. See: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/buy-electroneum-now-profit-big-tomorrow.994144/. Most of these coins are nothing more than pump and dump scams in a medium where they aren't illegal yet.

Be fucking smart.
