why i cant upload to xvideos

Am trying to upload videos to xvideos and the video always getting rejected saying this vid is aleready uploaded but am seeing much people download from xvideos and upload to xvideos... Whats the prob?

you should edit the video very slightly, cut the duration by 3 seconds or something.
